Die Spitex Fricktal AG gehört zu den führenden ambulanten Gesundheitsorganisationen der Region. Mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden und 20 Lernenden sorgen wir täglich dafür, dass Menschen im Fricktal selbstbestimmt und sicher zu Hause leben können. Für über 600 Kundinnen und Kunden leisten wir jährlich rund 140'000 Einsätze – von der somatischen Pflege über psychiatrische Leistungen bis hin zur spezialisierten Palliative Care.

Wir befinden uns in einer spannenden Entwicklungsphase und investieren gezielt in Menschen, Prozesse und Digitalisierung. Dafür suchen wir Persönlichkeiten, die Verantwortung übernehmen, mitdenken und gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft gestalten wollen.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams am Standort \& Bözen sowie am Standort Rheinfelden \& Möhlin suchen wir ab 01\.10\.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung befristet bis zum 31\.12\.2027 engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns die Spitex Fricktal von morgen gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche, qualifizierte und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Bedarfsabklärung mit Inter \- RAI \- HC, Erstellen von Pflegeplanung
  • Steuern und Überwachen des Pflegeprozesses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den inter\- und intraprofessionellen Teams
  • Koordination und Ansprechperson des Tagesgeschäfts für Notfalleinsätze

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Abschlüsse
  • Hohe Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Hohe flexible und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Informatik Anwenderkenntnisse, Perigon\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Inter\-RAI HC oder die Bereitschaft ein Kurs zu machen
  • PKW\-Führerschein
