Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Fachkompetente Pflege und Betreuung von invasiv und nicht-invasiv beatmeten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Überwachung, Bedienung und Mitverantwortung der Beatmungstechnik sowie weiterer medizintechnischer Geräte
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses bei hochkomplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen/Ärzten, Therapeutinnen/Therapeuten und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Pflegequalität sowie Mitarbeit bei Weiterentwicklungen und Standards
  • Begleitung und Beratung von Angehörigen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität gemäss aktuellen Richtlinien

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF / Diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Akutpflege, IMC, Intensivpflege oder Beatmungspflege (kein Muss)
  • Interesse an hochspezialisierter Langzeitpflege und medizintechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare und reflektierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit komplex pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft, Wissen zu teilen und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
