Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen? Sie möchten sich ab dem 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung mit unserem Pflegeteam für das Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Mattenhof einsetzen?

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Planen, Umsetzen, Überwachen und Anpassen des Pflegeprozesses sowie für das Delegieren von Aufgaben an Mitarbeitende anderer Kompetenzstufen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Tagesverantwortung im Tageszentrum.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an der Anpassung und Durchführung der gästegerechten Tages- und Wochenpläne und führen bei Abwesenheit der Aktivierungsmitarbeitenden Gruppenaktivitäten wie Malen, Kochen, Gestalten und Gedächtnistraining durch.
  • Sie beraten und begleiten Gäste, Bewohnende, und deren Angehörige während des Aufenthalts und bei Bedarf in Krisen.

Profil ##

  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Menschenorientierung
  • Begeisterung für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, kombiniert mit Teamgeist, Engagement und Freude an der Alltagsgestaltung mit Gästen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH/DNII) mit SRK-Anerkennung für Diplome aus dem Ausland
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, kundenorientierte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Easy DOK von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken und hohe Belastbarkeit
