Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen und möchten sich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in den Pflegewohngruppen Triemlipark 1 und 2 mit den Schwerpunkten Demenz und Gerontopsychiatrie am Fuss des Friesenbergs in Wiedikon engagieren?

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie gewährleisten eine umfassende, individuelle Pflege und Betreuung während der Nacht, orientiert am standardisierten Pflegeprozess.
  • Sie vermitteln den Bewohnenden Sicherheit und unterstützen sie in deren Schlafrhythmus.
  • Sie wirken an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung des Angebots für die Bewohnenden in den Nachtzeiten mit.

Profil ##

  • Erfahrung und Sicherheit in der Begleitung und Pflege von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Professioneller Umgang mit somatischen Notfallsituationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH/DNII) mit SRK-Anerkennung für Diplome aus dem Ausland
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, sich am Teamentwicklungsprozess aktiv zu beteiligen und nach Bedarf auch Tagdienste zu übernehmen

Die Gesundheitszentren für das Alter der Stadt Zürich sind eine der grössten geriatrischen Institutionen der Schweiz. Wir sind die führende Dienstleisterin im Alters- und Pflegebereich - mit Kompetenz, Herz und einem umfassenden Angebot aus einer Hand. Unsere neun Pflegewohngruppen (PWG) an aktuell sechs Standorten bieten Menschen mit Demenz oder einer psychiatrischen Erkrankung ein überschaubares und wohnliches Umfeld. Die kleinen Einheiten mit acht bis elf Plätzen sind in Siedlungen der jeweiligen Quartiere eingebettet und ermöglichen eine umfassende Pflege und Betreuung in einer möglichst alltagsnahen Umgebung. Gemeinsam kochen, essen und den Alltag gestalten gehört zum Leben in den Pflegewohngruppen dazu - möglichst nah am vertrauten Leben zu Hause und abgestimmt auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse.
