Was Sie bei uns bewegen

* Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung für sämtliche Abteilungen in einem unserer Häuser * Sie agieren in regem Austausch mit der Tagesverantwortung, der Pflegeexpertin und der Leitung Pflege * Sie behalten einen übergeordneten, stockwerkübergreifenden Blick für den Pflegebedarf einerseits und die dazu verfügbaren pflegerischen Ressourcen andererseits * Sie übernehmen die Pflege insbesondere von komplexen Pflegesituationen * Sie planen den Pflegeprozess als Supervisor\*in RAI LTCF * Sie führen eine aussagekräftige und korrekte elektronische Pflegedokumentation * Sie unterstützen Teamkolleg\*innen und Lernende in fachlichen Fragen im Lernprozess  

Was Sie mitbringen

* Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder vom SRK anerkanntes äquivalentes Diplom * Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationsgeschick, gewinnendes Auftreten und eine wertschätzende, empathische Grundhaltung * Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
