Pour le compte d'un de nos clients basé dans le canton de Vaud, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur commercial (H/F):

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous définirez et déploierez la stratégie commerciale afin de développer le chiffre d'affaires, les marges et les parts de marché.
  • Vous développerez et fidéliserez le portefeuille clients et entretiendrez des relations durables avec les clients, bureaux d'études et partenaires.
  • Vous identifierez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et assurerez une veille active du marché.
  • Vous établirez les chiffrages et les offres pour les tableaux électriques et les projets d'automation et piloterez les appels d'offres jusqu'à leur remise.
  • Vous négocierez les offres avec les clients et les fournisseurs et veillerez au suivi des coûts et des marges.
  • Vous structurerez le suivi commercial à l'aide du CRM, du reporting et des principaux indicateurs de performance.
  • Vous recruterez, encadrerez et accompagnerez l'équipe commerciale dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes techniques et la production afin d'assurer l'adéquation entre les besoins clients et les capacités de l'entreprise.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi financier de l'activité, notamment du chiffre d'affaires, des budgets et des principaux indicateurs.
  • Vous contribuerez au pilotage global de l'entreprise et veillerez au bon fonctionnement de son organisation interne.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure technique en électrotechnique, automation, génie électrique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 à 7 ans dans le développement commercial B2B avec une forte dimension technico\-commerciale.
  • Vous connaissez idéalement le domaine des tableaux électriques, de l'automation ou de l'industrie.
  • Vous maîtrisez le chiffrage, les estimations de coûts ainsi que les procédures d'appels d'offres publics et privés.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en gestion des marges, des budgets et des indicateurs financiers.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience dans le management et la coordination d'équipes.
  • Vous êtes un leader fédérateur et êtes à l'aise dans un environnement PME.
  • Vous êtes analytique, pragmatique et orienté(e) résultats et solutions.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative, de rigueur et d'un fort sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
