 DT Concept SA, bureau d'architecture et direction de travaux basé à Fenil-sur-Corsier, recherche un·e directeur·trice de travaux à 80% - 100% pour assurer le suivi de ses chantiers dans les cantons de Vaud, Fribourg et Valais, de la coordination avec les entreprises jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages.

L'essentiel en un coup d'œil ##

  • Domicile situé à moins de 30 km de nos bureaux à Fenil-sur-Corsier
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • CFC de dessinateur/trice en architecture requis
  • Diplôme ES : un atout majeur
  • Français langue maternelle
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B obligatoire

Votre mission ##

Rattaché(e) à notre bureau, vous prenez en charge le suivi de nos chantiers situés dans les cantons de Vaud, Fribourg et Valais. À ce titre, vous assurez :

  • La coordination avec les entreprises intervenant sur les chantiers
  • L'établissement des soumissions et leur vérification
  • La participation aux séances d'adjudication
  • Le contrôle des coûts et le suivi budgétaire des chantiers
  • Des travaux de dessin technique
  • Le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et le respect des délais et de la qualité d'exécution

Votre profil ##

  • CFC de dessinateur/trice en architecture (requis)
  • Diplôme ES (atout majeur)
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Français langue maternelle
  • Domicilié(e) à 30 km au maximum de Fenil-sur-Corsier
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la maîtrise d'ArchiCad est un atout
  • Connaissance des normes SIA et de la réglementation de la construction en Suisse romande
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B obligatoire
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers en parallèle
  • Aisance relationnelle et bon esprit de négociation avec les différents intervenants
  • Autonomie et esprit d'initiative
