Vous êtes un(e) Directeur(trice) de Travaux confirmé(e) et souhaitez rejoindre une structure en pleine croissance ?

Pour accompagner le développement d'une entreprise active dans la construction, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) de Travaux expérimenté(e), capable de prendre en main des chantiers ambitieux et de garantir leur bonne réalisation sur le terrain.

Une expérience confirmée dans le canton de Fribourg est indispensable pour ce poste.

Votre mission : Véritable acteur(trice) clé de la réussite des projets, vous assurez la coordination et le suivi opérationnel des chantiers, de leur préparation jusqu'à leur réalisation.

Vos responsabilités : - Assurer la conduite et le suivi opérationnel des chantiers - Planifier, coordonner et superviser les travaux dans le respect des délais, des budgets et des exigences de qualité - Organiser et piloter les équipes internes ainsi que les sous-traitants - Être présent(e) sur le terrain et garantir la bonne avancée des travaux - Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des exigences techniques - Contrôler la conformité et la qualité des ouvrages réalisés - Assurer une communication efficace avec les chefs de projet, partenaires et clients

Votre profil : - Formation dans le domaine de la construction, du génie civil, de la conduite de travaux ou équivalent - Minimum 2 ans d'expérience confirmée en Suisse en tant que Conducteur(trice) de Travaux - Expérience obligatoire sur le canton de Fribourg et bonne connaissance de son tissu économique - Excellentes capacités d'organisation et réel sens des responsabilités - Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément - Bonne connaissance du marché suisse, des normes et des pratiques locales - Vous êtes actuellement en fonction en tant que Conducteur(trice) de Travaux et souhaitez relever un nouveau défi
