Directeur/Directrice de la succursale (m/f/d) #

Tâches

  • Responsabilité du management du personnel, de l-expertise et des finances de notre succursale à Fribourg, avec au début env. 5 à 10 collaborateurs/trices
  • Garantie de l-atteinte des objectifs financiers et qualitatifs
  • Vous convainquez par vos compétences techniques et managériales, savez motiver votre équipe à donner le meilleur d-elle-même et élaborez ensemble des propositions de solutions
  • Établissement de différents rapports et analyses pour nos clients et la direction
  • Identification des tendances et opportunités et mise en œuvre des mesures nécessaires
  • Observation de l-évolution du marché locatif et du droit du bail
  • Controlling des prévisions, du budget et de la planification avec responsabilité du résultat
  • Garantie du respect des processus définis et des standards de qualité
  • Acquisition active de nouveaux mandats et présentation de l-entreprise auprès de potentiels nouveaux clients

Exigences

  • Formation d-administrateur/trice de biens immobiliers avec brevet fédéral, de fiduciaire immobilier diplômé(e) ou Master of Real Estate Management ou formation Continue/édudes dans une école supérieure spécialisée ou une haute école spécialisée (HES)
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience dans la gérance immobilière (administratif, juridique et technique)
  • Compétences techniques et managériales, plusieurs années d-expérience en tant que cadre
  • Excellente connaissance du marché régional et du droit du bail (logements et surfaces commerciales)
  • Langue maternelle française, excellente maîtrise orale et écrite
  • Pensée et action orientées réseau et durabilité
  • Grande compétence sociale, flexibilité et résistance au stress
  • Bonnes connaissances des applications informatiques (programmes MS Office, éventuellement REM)
  • Présentation convaincante et soignée
  • Permis de conduire valable et véhicule privé requis
