Vous souhaitez prendre la direction d'une succursale et jouer un rôle central dans son développement commercial et opérationnel ? Nous recherchons, pour le compte d'un acteur reconnu du secteur de la construction en Suisse, un(e) Directeur / Directrice de succursale pour ses bureaux basés à Lausanne.

Dans cette fonction à forte autonomie, vous êtes responsable du développement de la succursale, de ses résultats ainsi que de la satisfaction de ses clients.

Vos responsabilités

\* Assurer la direction et le développement de la succursale \* Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille de clients existants \* Identifier et conquérir de nouveaux clients grâce à un réseau professionnel actif \* Superviser les projets et chantiers, de la préparation des travaux jusqu'à leur réception finale \* Établir et suivre les offres commerciales \* Assurer le suivi financier et le controlling des projets et de la succursale \* Garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, qualité, délais et rentabilité \* Encadrer, accompagner et motiver les équipes \* Représenter la succursale auprès des clients, partenaires et différents acteurs du secteur \* Participer activement au développement de l'activité dans la région lausannoise et le canton de Vaud

Votre profil

\* Formation d'ingénieur HES/EPF, technicien, chef de chantier ou formation jugée équivalente \* Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de la construction \* Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et de développement commercial \* Expérience dans la gestion de projets et de chantiers \* Personnalité entreprenante, autonome et orientée solutions \* Excellent sens du contact et fortes compétences relationnelles \* Bonnes compétences techniques et intérêt pour les aspects économiques et la gestion \* Sens aigu de la sécurité et de la qualité \* Méthode de travail structurée, efficace et pragmatique \* Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office \* Esprit « hands\-on » et capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement
