Profil souhaité

  • Formation d'Ingénieur en mécanique, microtechnique ou jugé équivalent
  • Bonne connaissance du Lean Management et amélioration continue ; une certification Green Belt / Black Belt constitue un atout
  • Expérience solide dans une fonction à responsabilités au sein d'un environnement industriel à forte composante technique
  • Très bonnes connaissances des procédés mécaniques, des moyens de fabrication et des technologies utilisées dans des environnements de précision
  • Bonne compréhension des activités d'études, de développement technique et d'industrialisation
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets techniques et dans l'amélioration de procédés, d'équipements ou de méthodes de travail
  • Capacité à coordonner différents domaines techniques et à assurer leur convergence autour de priorités communes
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et capacité à mobiliser les équipes dans un contexte d'évolution et d'amélioration continue
  • Aisance dans les échanges, capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés, sens de l'organisation et approche concrète des problématiques

  • Encadrer et harmoniser un périmètre technique couvrant notamment les disciplines mécaniques de précision, les activités d'études et les moyens techniques associés à la production
  • Conduire le développement, l'évolution et l'optimisation des solutions techniques, des équipements et des moyens nécessaires aux activités industrielles
  • Structurer et conduire les projets techniques, depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'à leur mise en oeuvre, en assurant le suivi des ressources, des délais et des risques
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la conformité des solutions déployées
  • Identifier et conduire les actions permettant d'améliorer les procédés, les méthodes de travail et la performance des moyens techniques
  • Suivre les évolutions technologiques et évaluer les solutions susceptibles d'apporter une valeur ajoutée aux activités
  • Définir les orientations techniques et accompagner leur déclinaison en priorités, projets et actions concrètes
  • Apporter son expertise aux différents services et contribuer aux décisions relatives aux enjeux techniques et industriels
