Pour notre unique Papa Joe-s Bern - American Restaurant & Caribbean Bar, nous recherchons un nouveau visage à la tête. Papa Joe-s est un véritable restaurant d-expérience, connu bien au-delà des frontières de la ville pour ses burgers juteux, ses délicieuses côtes levées et ses fajitas grillées.

Votre rôle chez nous

En tant que directeur/trice, vous prenez la direction opérationnelle de notre établissement légendaire à Berne et êtes le pivot du succès :

- Rôle d-hôte chaleureux : Vous incarnez une hospitalité passionnée, êtes présent(e) en première ligne et, grâce à votre nature communicative, veillez à ce que les clients et votre équipe se sentent à l-aise.

- Excellence opérationnelle : Vous gérez de manière autonome les affaires quotidiennes et mettez en œuvre avec succès le concept de Papa Joe-s.

- Leadership inspirant : Vous dirigez, motivez et coachez votre équipe sur un pied d-égalité et favorisez un climat de travail positif marqué par l-esprit d-équipe.

- Esprit entrepreneurial : En collaboration avec votre supérieur, vous élaborez le budget de l-établissement et assumez l-entière responsabilité de son atteinte.

Ce que vous apportez

- La base : Une formation professionnelle en gastronomie ou une formation équivalente constitue la base de votre succès.

- L-expérience : Vous avez déjà acquis une expérience professionnelle et managériale dans un poste comparable.

- L-état d-esprit : Vous vous considérez comme un leader moderne, êtes organisé(e), adorez le concept dynamique US & Caraïbes et êtes passionné(e) par le rôle d-hôte.

- La langue : Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand (oral et écrit). D-autres langues sont un atout apprécié dans notre clientèle internationale.
