Dans le cadre d-un processus de fusion en cours entre la Fondation CREDE et l-Association PEP, les comités des deux organisations à but non lucratif mettent au concours le poste de :

 

Directeur·trice de la nouvelle entité à 90-100% ###

 

L-organisation issue de la fusion développe et met en œuvre un ensemble de prestations destinées aux professionnel·les, aux institutions et aux partenaires de l-accueil de jour des enfants. Elle a pour ambition de contribuer au développement et à la promotion de la qualité de l-accueil de jour et de s-affirmer comme un partenaire de référence du secteur dans le canton de Vaud.

 

Votre mission

Vous assurez la direction stratégique, pédagogique, managériale et financière de la nouvelle organisation.

 

À ce titre, vous :

  • Veillez à l-alignement entre les orientations stratégiques posées par le comité, les missions de l-organisation, le cadre légal et institutionnel et assurez la déclinaison opérationnelle.
  • Contribuez activement à la mise en œuvre du processus de fusion et fédérez les équipes autour d-une culture commune.
  • Développez et coordonnez des prestations adaptées aux besoins du terrain.
  • Encadrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire et instaurez un climat de travail respectueux, favorisant la motivation, l-engagement et la dynamique collective.
  • Vous représentez l-organisation auprès des autorités, partenaires et subventionneurs.

 

Votre profil

Vos atouts : vision stratégique, leadership collaboratif, gestion du changement, pilotage de projets complexes, sens politique et engagement en faveur du développement des compétences et de l-innovation pédagogique.

  • Master en travail social, sciences de l-éducation, sciences sociales ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de l-enfance, de l-éducation
  • Expérience dans la formation des adultes souhaitée
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction de direction ou de responsable d-équipe
  • Expérience de collaboration avec les instances politiques, stratégiques ou décisionnelles
  • Excellente capacité à porter une vision, conduire le changement et développer des partenariats stratégiques
  • Leadership mobilisateur et fédérateur, allié à d-excellentes capacités de communication et à un réel talent relationnel.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à l-accueil de jour des enfants
  • Disponibilités ponctuelles en soirée et souplesse dans les horaires ; permis de conduire
