Nous proposons des formations et un accompagnement dans les différents niveaux de la formation professionnelle (formations initiales, supérieures et continues). \\Vos missions\\ En tant que membre de la direction, vous apportez votre soutien à la directrice dans la conduite du pôle et êtes responsable du suivi des personnes en formation initiale. En collaboration avec les coordinateur\\-trice\\-s de formation et les maître\\-sse\\-s de classe, vous assurez le suivi des élèves et, dans les situations d'échec, planifiez et conduisez les entretiens. S'y ajoutent l'organisation d'activités ponctuelles telles que les bilans annuels de connaissances professionnelles (BAC), les visites ou séances avec nos partenaires. Vous assistez les enseignant\\-e\\-s en cas de problèmes empêchant le bon déroulement des cours et recherchez des solutions afin de maintenir un climat de travail agréable. Avec l'appui des conseiller\\-ère\\-s en formation professionnelle, de la conseillère aux élèves, des représentant\\-e\\-s légaux\\-ales et des employeurs, vous gérez les situations particulières. De plus, vous êtes chargé\\-e de la communication à destination des personnes en formation. Vous exercez vos activités en conformité avec les directives et processus déclinés dans le système intégré Qualité\\-Environnement\\-Sécurité (QES) et collaborez également au développement de celui\\-ci. Enfin, vous complétez votre activité de directeur\\-trice adjoint\\-e en assumant une charge d'enseignant\\-e pouvant aller jusqu'à un maximum équivalent à un poste à plein temps. \\Votre profil\\ Au bénéfice d'une formation de niveau tertiaire (master ou diplôme fédéral) dans le domaine du bâtiment ou de la construction ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous êtes également titulaire d'un diplôme pédagogique de la Haute école en formation professionnelle (HEFP). Votre expérience dans l'enseignement et l'accompagnement des personnes en formation s'accompagne d'une parfaite connaissance du système de formation suisse. Doté\\-e d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, vous savez mener vos missions avec rigueur, même sous pression, et travailler de façon autonome. Vous faites preuve d'une grande aisance relationnelle et savez vous intégrer facilement au sein d'une équipe de direction. Par ailleurs, vous êtes disposé\\-e à suivre la formation en direction d'institution de formation (FORDIF) en cours d'emploi pour enrichir vos compétences.
