Haute école spécialisée en technique et environnement FHNW ##

L- Institut de la biomasse et de l-efficacité des ressources de la Haute école spécialisée de Suisse du Nord-Ouest FHNW est un centre de compétence de premier plan pour les systèmes énergétiques durables, l-efficacité des ressources et l-économie circulaire. Il développe des solutions innovantes pour l-utilisation efficace des ressources biogènes et soutient les entreprises dans leur transformation vers des technologies à faibles émissions et économes en ressources. Grâce à la combinaison de techniques de mesure modernes, de recherches expérimentales et de modélisation écologique des systèmes, l-institut analyse et optimise les flux complexes d-énergie et de ressources. Il collabore étroitement avec des partenaires industriels ainsi qu-avec des établissements de recherche nationaux et internationaux. L-institut s-engage activement dans plusieurs cursus d-études ainsi que dans des initiatives de recherche interdisciplinaires de la haute école. 

Dans le cadre d-une succession et pour le développement stratégique de l-institut, nous recherchons une personnalité dirigeante reconnue.

Vos tâches :

  • Responsabilité globale de la direction stratégique, du personnel, du domaine d-expertise et financière de l-institut 
  • Développement et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l-institut dans tous les domaines de performance 
  • Entretien et développement des coopérations avec les partenaires industriels et de recherche
  • Initiation et direction de projets de recherche et d-innovation exigeants
  • Activité propre d-enseignement et de recherche dans l-un des domaines de compétence de l-institut

Votre profil :

  • Personnalité ouverte et inclusive avec un diplôme universitaire et un doctorat dans un domaine pertinent 
  • Réalisations dans la recherche et l-industrie, avec un bon réseau régional 
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et expérience dans la direction d-une organisation d-experts
  • Expérience pédagogique et qualification didactique universitaire ou volonté de les acquérir
  • Grand degré d-autonomie et plaisir à travailler de manière interdisciplinaire et orientée résultats
