Notre client est une Fondation de droit Suisse.

Job Description ##

  • Assurer la direction et la coordination des activités opérationnelles de la fondation.
  • Garantir la continuité et la qualité des prestations délivrées aux bénéficiaires et parties prenantes.
  • Encadrer, fédérer et accompagner les responsables d'équipes et leurs collaborateurs.
  • Piloter les fonctions support (finance, ressources humaines, administration, infrastructures, informatique et achats selon l'organisation en place).
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des budgets, au suivi des indicateurs de performance et à l'optimisation des processus.
  • Identifier les risques opérationnels et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires.
  • Préparer les dossiers stratégiques et les reportings destinés à la Direction générale et au Conseil de fondation.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets de transformation et des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Représenter la fondation auprès des partenaires institutionnels, autorités et prestataires externes lorsque nécessaire.
  • Contribuer à maintenir un climat social constructif et un dialogue de qualité avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation supérieure universitaire ou équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de direction des opérations, direction générale adjointe ou direction d'une entité de taille comparable.
  • Expérience au sein d'organisations à but non lucratif, parapubliques, institutionnelles ou fortement réglementées constitue un atout.
  • Excellente capacité à piloter des équipes multidisciplinaires et à gérer des contextes de transition.
  • Solides compétences en gestion budgétaire, gouvernance et conduite du changement.
  • Leadership fédérateur, pragmatisme, sens politique et capacité à prendre des décisions.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication.
  • Maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais constitue un avantage.
