DIRECTEUR·TRICE DU SIDEP- 40-60 %

Un service intercommunal au service de l-eau potable

Le SIDEP (Service intercommunal de distribution de l-eau potable pour le pied du Jura) est une association intercommunale regroupant, depuis le 1er janvier 2027, la gestion des réseaux d-eau potable de 9 communes. Au service de la population et des communes membres, il assure la distribution d-une eau potable de qualité ainsi que l-exploitation, l-entretien et le développement de ses infrastructures, en veillant à la sécurité de l-approvisionnement et à la défense contre l-incendie.

Dans le cadre de son lancement et pour assurer son développement, le SIDEP recherche un·e DIRECTEUR·TRICE

Votre mission

  • La gestion administrative et financière, notamment l-élaboration des budgets et comptes, le suivi de la trésorerie, la facturation et l-application des marchés publics.
  • La gestion du personnel, l-organisation du travail et la planification du service de piquet.
  • La surveillance, l-exploitation et l-entretien des réseaux d-eau potable, des ouvrages et des installations techniques.
  • La mise en œuvre de l-autocontrôle, le suivi de la qualité de l-eau et l-organisation des prélèvements et analyses.
  • La coordination des travaux, réparations, interventions d-urgence et mises à jour des plans de réseaux.
  • La gestion des abonnements, compteurs, raccordements et installations extérieures.
  • Les relations avec les communes membres, l-ECA, les SDIS, les services cantonaux, les entreprises et les mandataires.
  • Le suivi de la défense contre l-incendie, notamment l-entretien des bornes-hydrantes et la disponibilité des réserves incendie.

Description du profil ##

Votre profil

  • Expérience en gestion administrative, financière et conduite du personnel (au minimum 5 ans).
  • Formation technique supérieure ou formation jugée équivalente, idéalement dans le domaine de l-eau potable, ou de gestion économique.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et l-exploitation de réseaux d-eau potable ou d-infrastructures techniques. (au minimum 5 ans)
  • Bonnes connaissances des exigences sanitaires, de l-autocontrôle et des directives applicables à la distribution d-eau potable.
  • Une expérience politique au sein d-une municipalité constitue un atout.
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, organisation et aisance relationnelle.
  • Aptitude à gérer les situations d-urgence et à collaborer avec des partenaires publics et privés.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et intérêt pour la gestion des données techniques et des plans de réseaux.
