Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine charakterstarke, dynamische und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als: Director of Human Resources (m/w) 100% Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortlich für die gesamte HR\-Abteilung und unsere ca. 200 Mitarbeitenden Verantwortlich für Personalbedarfsplanung, \-beschaffung, \-entwicklung, \- Betreuung, \-abbau Monatliche Lohnverarbeitung inkl. Mutationen und Lohnlisten für FIBU Erstellen des Personalbudgets und der monatlichen Forecasts Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Arbeitsrechts und L\-GAV Verantwortlich für die gesamte HR Administration Verantwortlich für das Recruiting Kontrolle der Dienstpläne inklusive Prüfung auf L\-GAV Konformität Ferienjahresplanung Abrechnung der Quellensteuer und Überwachung der Aktualität aller Bewilligungen inklusive 3\. Staaten Verantwortlich für die Aktualität der Dokumente inkl. Uniformenregelungen, Erscheinungsbild/Hygienevorschriften, Hausordnung, Personalreglement und Stellenbeschriebe Erstellen und Überwachen von Abläufen im gesamten HR Bereich Aufbau und Pflege von Personalvermittlern, Schulen, Behörden, GastroSocial \& Versicherungen Unsere Anforderungen Fundierte Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie Weiterbildung zur HR\-Fachfrau / \-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis von Vorteil Eidg.
