Als Director Project Management verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer internationalen Kundenprojekte, führst ein Team von Projektleitenden und trägst massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektorganisation sowie zum nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Dein zukünftiges Wirkungsfeld ##

  • Operative Leitung komplexer internationaler Maschinenbau- und Anlagenbauprojekte
  • Koordination und Planung im Multiprojekt- und Portfoliomanagement
  • Führen, Planen und Koordinieren eines Teams von 10 Projektleitenden
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für projektbezogene Fragestellungen und Schnittstellenthemen zwischen den Fachabteilungen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Projektabwicklungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Projekt- und Prozessstandards
  • Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitende
  • Verantwortung für das Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung, dessen Planung, Koordination, Aufbereitung und Durchführung.

Weshalb dir das gelingt ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung und abgeschlossenes Studium als Techniker HF oder Ingenieur FH
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, vorzugsweise in der Maschinenbauindustrie
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, insbesondere im Bereich Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Hohe methodische Kompetenzen, insbesondere im Bereich Projekt- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die ein authentisches Auftreten hat, Durchsetzungsstärke mit diplomatischen Fähigkeiten kombiniert und dadurch das Stakeholder-Management intern wie extern beherrscht, Teams durch Veränderungen begleitet und Mitarbeitende mit einem Coaching / Mentoring-Ansatz weiterbringt
  • Hohe Affinität zu KI und Digitalisierung mit erster Umsetzungserfahrung
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
