Directrice itinérante ou directeur itinérant de structure parascolaire (80%)

Les structures d'accueil pour enfants en milieu scolaire (APEMS) représentent l'un des maillons clés de la politique familiale lausannoise. Situés à proximité des écoles, les APEMS répondent aux besoins des familles dans les différents quartiers de la ville et sont implantés au coeur des quartiers, proches ou au sein des établissements scolaires. Ils offrent un encadrement éducatif de qualité.

Le Service des écoles et du parascolaire regroupe environ 40 structures et s'apprête à connaître plusieurs évolutions, entrainant un agrandissement des équipes et du nombre d'enfants pris en charge. Ce poste a pour objectif de venir remplacer les directions absentes ou soutenir les directions en place et offre une belle opportunité de rejoindre une équipe stimulante et contribuer à maintenir et développer un accueil bienveillant et professionnel.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Assumer la gestion de la structure parascolaire afin de garantir la sécurité, le bien\-être et la qualité des prestations pour les enfants accueilli\-e\-s

Diriger et superviser une équipe pluridisciplinaire

Contribuer à la formation du personnel

Garantir et assumer la gestion administrative et financière de la structure

Développer un projet pédagogique incluant les familles, les partenaires professionnels et associatifs

Etre garante ou garant de l'application du concept d'accueil (téléchargeable sur le site internet

Profil

Diplôme HES ou ES reconnu par la LAJE (Loi sur l'accueil de jour de l'enfance)

CAS en gestion d'équipe et conduite de projets (exigé ou à effectuer dans les deux ans)

Minimum 4 années d'expérience professionnelle éducative dans le domaine de l'enfance depuis l'obtention du titre pré\-requis

Expérience professionnelle confirmée en gestion d'équipe

Expérience professionnelle dans le développement participatif de projets pédagogiques

Connaissances des enjeux liés à l'accueil collectif parascolaire, un atout

Compétences organisationnelles avérées

Aptitude au leadership et esprit d'équipe

Vision systémique et esprit critique

Grande capacité d'adaptation, mobilité et flexibilité

Excellente maîtrise des outils MS Office

Conditions spéciales
