Als genossenschaftlich organisiertes und von der FINMA beaufsichtigtes Unternehmen steht sie für nachhaltige Absicherung, finanzielle Stabilität und langfristigen Mehrwert für ihre Mitglieder. Mit einem schlanken Team von rund acht Mitarbeitenden, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und hoher Nähe zur Zielgruppe verfügt sie über eine starke Position innerhalb der Ärzteschaft. Im Rahmen einer vorausschauend geplanten Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir die neue Direktion (CEO) Mit unternehmerischer Weitsicht und Führungsstärke führen Sie die Genossenschaft in die Zukunft. Als Direktor/in tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und setzen die Unternehmensstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verwaltungsrat um. Sie entwickeln das Lebensversicherungs\- und Vorsorgeangebot mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe weiter und schaffen Impulse für neue Dienstleistungen. Zu Ihrer Verantwortung gehören zudem die übergeordnete finanzielle Steuerung sowie die Sicherstellung eines wirksamen Risiko\-, Compliance\- und Kontrollumfelds in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen. Darüber hinaus führen und entwickeln Sie die Organisation, treiben die Digitalisierung und die Prozessoptimierung voran und vertreten die Genossenschaft gegenüber relevanten Anspruchsgruppen. Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Versicherungsverständnis Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungs\- und Managementerfahrung aus der Versicherungs\-, Vorsorge\- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche mit und verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis des Lebensversicherungs\- und Vorsorgegeschäfts. Erfahrung in der Unternehmenssteuerung sowie ein solides Verständnis der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen werden vorausgesetzt. Sie denken unternehmerisch und strategisch, erkennen Entwicklungschancen und setzen diese pragmatisch um. Entscheidungsfreude, Integrität, Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und ein wertschätzender Führungsstil zeichnen Sie aus. Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung mit grossem Gestaltungs\- und Entscheidungsspielraum in einer etablierten und spezialisierten Genossenschaft.
