Für unseren Kunden - ein dynamisches, international expandierendes US-Biotech-Unternehmen - suchen wir hochkarätige Unterstützung auf C-Level-Ebene.

Die Mission

In dieser Interim-Rolle (2-3 Monate) bist du der operative Anker für die CEO vor Ort in Basel.

Du steuerst die Schnittstellen zu Teams in den USA und China.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Terminplanung und Priorisierung über Zeitzonen hinweg (US, Europa, China).
  • Organisation von Board- und Investor-Meetings.
  • Buchung internationaler Flug- und Reise-Itinerare inklusive Spesen.
  • Administrative Unterstützung der CEO bei Aufenthalten in Basel.
  • Enger Austausch mit dem globalen Team in China und USA.

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Executive Assistant oder Management Assistant auf C-Level.
  • Hintergründe aus Biotech, Pharma oder Tech sind ideal.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch für das Daily Business mit den USA und China.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack und Zoom.
  • Diskrete, strukturierte und extrem flexible Arbeitsweise.
