Über uns

Das Institut für Infektionskrankheiten kombiniert medizinische Dienstleistungen, Lehre und Forschung unter einem Dach und deckt die gesamte Breite der Mikrobiologie ab. Mit 200 Mitarbeitenden vereint es als einziges universitäres Institut der Schweiz alle mikrobiologischen Spezialdisziplinen. Das Institut für Infektionskrankheiten ist Sitz des Nationalen Referenzzentrums für Pneumokokken und des Nationalen Zentrums für Antibiotikaresistenz im Auftrag des Bundesamtes für Gesundheit. Unser Biosicherheitszentrum ist ein Kollaborationscenter der World Health Organisation (WHO). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung des Sekretariates des IFIK und Koordination der Sekretariatsaufgaben
  • Führung anspruchsvoller Sitzungsprotokolle auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Beratung und Unterstützung, sowie Auskunftserteilung zu unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Direktion
  • Umfassende Abklärungen von Sachverhalten
  • Unterstützung der Institutsleitung bei operativen sowie konzeptionellen Aufgaben durch das Erarbeiten von Entscheidungs\-Grundlagen
  • Stellvertretung der HR\-Sachbearbeitung des IFIKs

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Direktionsassistenz
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit, sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe und Eigeninitiative
  • Muttersprache Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
  • Fundierte IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in der Office\-Palette
