Das Zusammenspiel von Kunst, Architektur, Park und kulturellem Austausch verleiht dem Haus eine besondere Ausstrahlung. Aufgrund der Pensionierung des langjährigen Stelleninhabers suchen wir \*\*per Ende 2027\*\* eine fachlich wie persönlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit als \*\*Direktor:in 80 -- 100 %\*\* In dieser Schlüsselrolle tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für das Museum Langmatt und entwickeln das Haus gemeinsam mit dem Stiftungsrat weiter. Sie führen ein kleines Team, verantworten Programm, Sammlung, Betrieb und Finanzen und haben Freude daran, in einem überschaubaren Museumsbetrieb auch selbst nahe an Themen und Umsetzung zu bleiben. Dazu gehören Ausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und Vermittlung, kuratorische Sammlungsarbeit, Kooperationen sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Pavillons und der Räume als Orte für Kunst, Vermittlung und Begegnung. Sie pflegen Förderpartnerschaften, gewinnen zusätzliche Mittel und vertreten die Langmatt gegenüber Öffentlichkeit, Politik, Medien und Fachwelt. Für diese besondere Aufgabe suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Kunst, Menschen und Betrieb zusammenbringt und Freude daran hat, ein Museum mit besonderem Profil engagiert und mit Weitblick zu führen. Sie kennen die Museumsarbeit aus eigener Erfahrung, haben Ausstellungen realisiert, mit Sammlungen gearbeitet und Vermittlungs\\- oder Veranstaltungsformate mitentwickelt. Ein Studium in Kunstgeschichte oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie Kenntnisse der europäischen Kunst des 19\\. und frühen 20\\. Jahrhunderts, idealerweise des französischen Impressionismus, bilden eine solide fachliche Grundlage. Ebenso wichtig sind Kenntnisse der zeitgenössischen Kunst, Führungskompetenz, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, vernetztes Denken sowie ein überzeugender Umgang mit Förderpartnern und Sponsoren. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
