Unser Kunde wünscht Kaufmännische, handwerkliche oder technische Grundausbildung • Erfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise in der Haushaltsgeräte- oder Küchenbranche • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt • Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit • Professioneller Umgang mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick • Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

Das erwartet dich • Disponieren und Planen von Service- und Geräteaufträgen für Küche und Waschraum • Erstellen der Einsatzpläne für Schreiner-/Gerätemonteure und Servicetechniker • Überwachen der Ausführung und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs • Organisation und Koordination mit externen Handwerkern und Lieferanten • Erstellen von Terminprogrammen und Abstimmen der Einsätze • Erstellen und Überwachen der Montagedossiers • Telefonischer Kontakt mit Kundinnen, Kunden, internen Stellen und externen Partnern • Mitwirken in einem dynamischen Serviceumfeld, in dem Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und gute Planung zählen
