Die Franz Pfister AG ist ein Unternehmen der Hächler\-Gruppe und hat sich auf die Bereiche Kanal\-unterhalt, \-reinigung und \-inspektion, Ablauf\-, Rohr\- und Tunnelreinigung, Flächeninstandhaltung, Graffiti\- und Kaugummientfernung, sowie Extremschmutzbehebung spezialisiert und unterhält einen 24\-Stunden\-Notfalldienst.

Für unseren Standort in Rümlang suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Disponent\*in

Du behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Einsätzen den Überblick: Du planst und koordinierst unsere täglichen Aufträge und sorgst dafür, dass unsere 20 Fahrzeuge und rund 30 Mitarbeitenden optimal eingesetzt werden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Aufträgen von Kunden und internen Stellen
  • Effiziente Planung und Koordination der täglichen Einsätze unserer Mitarbeitenden und Fahrzeuge
  • Laufende Überwachung und Anpassung der Einsatzplanung
  • Erste Ansprechperson für Privatkunden, Verwaltungen, Bauleiter und interne Teams
  • Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden
  • Koordination und Verantwortung für die Ferien\- und Absenzenplanung im Team
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und internen Stellen

Dein Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition oder Einsatzplanung
  • Zwingende Branchenerfahrung in der Kanalreinigung oder Sanitärbranche
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Initiativer, zuverlässiger und loyaler Teamplayer
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
