Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine engagierte und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit als Disponent (m/w/d), die das bestehende Team tatkräftig unterstützt.

Du arbeitest bei einem etablierten und erfolgreichen Unternehmen im Bereich Intralogistik mit mehreren Standorten in der Schweiz.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Reparaturaufträgen von Kunden und internen Stellen
  • Disposition von Servicetechnikern
  • Terminabsprachen und Koordination zwischen Kunden und Technikern
  • Überwachung der fristgerechten Ausführung der Einsätze
  • Planung der Servicearbeiten sowie teilweise Organisation des benötigten Materials über interne Stellen
  • Fristgerechte Rapportverarbeitung im SAP
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Servicetechnikern von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse zwingend (mündlich fliessend)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
