Für unsere 24 Stunden\-Callcenter (Taxizentrale) suchen wir Mitarbeiter/innen, die sowohl tagsüber wie auch in der Nacht sowie an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen einsetzbar sind (3 Schichten).

Wir bieten Ihnen

Eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem aufgestellten Team

42 ½ Stunden Woche (bei 100%), Arbeitsort in der Stadt Bern

Ihre Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung am Telefon und E\- Mail

Genaue und effiziente Verarbeitung der Aufträge

Betreuung und Unterhalt unseres betrieblichen Dispositionssystems

weitere Aufgaben

Planung und Einteilung der Chauffeure auf die vorhandenen Fahrzeuge

Administrative Arbeiten, Bearbeitung der E\-Mail auf dem Callcenter

Planung und Vorbereitung von regelmässigen und wiederholten Transporten

Planung und Koordination von Schulfahrten

Ihr Profil

Sie sprechen Schweizerdeutsch.

Mündliche ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Sie haben Erfahrung mit der Arbeit an Telefonzentralen (vorzugsweise Call–Center oder ähnlich).

Sie bringen gute Stadt\- und Ortskenntnisse mit.

Sie sind am Tag und in der Nacht einsetzbar.

Sie behalten in hektischen Momenten den Überblick.

Flexible Arbeitseinstellung, Gute PC\- Kenntnisse (Excel/Word/Outlook).
