Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams am Standort in Münchenstein suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Disponent/in Import/Export Europäische Landtransporte 100% Die Aufgaben Disposition, Abwicklung und Überwachung von Sendungen und Fahrzeugen Import / Export Planung der Touren, Beauftragung und Avisierung der am Transport/Verzollung Beteiligten Einsatzplanung der Dienstleister und des Fahrpersonals Durchführung von Kalkulationen, Analysen, Tourenoptimierungen Sicherstellung einer regelmässigen Kommunikation zu Dienstleistern und Kunden Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden und Spezialkundengeschäften Sicherstellung einer raschen Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen, Analyse zur Vermeidung von Kundenbeanstandungen Sicherstellung und Bearbeitung von Abrechnungen an Kunden und von Lieferanten Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Zolldokumenten etc. Ausführung allgemeiner organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben Das Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der internationalen Spedition Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Disposition internationaler Import/Export\-Sendungen, im Einkauf von Transportleistungen sowie Tarif\- und Preisverhandlungen im europäischen Umfeld Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend Zuvorkommende Umgangsformen, ein freundliches, kunden\- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten sowie exaktes und effizientes Arbeiten Selbstständige sowie zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent Unser Angebot Spannende Aufgaben mit viel Verantwortung Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Lebhaftes und dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem familiären Umfeld Spass und Begeisterung im Team Kontakt: Für nähere Auskünfte steht Ihnen Olivera Pavlovic, HR Business Partner, unter , gerne zur Verfügung. jpid357e157jm jit0936jm jiy26jm
