Für den Bereich europäische Landverkehre suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die internationale LKW-Transporte zuverlässig plant, koordiniert und im lebhaften Tagesgeschäft den Überblick behält. In dieser Position steuern Sie die Import- und Exportverkehre innerhalb Europas, stehen im Austausch mit Fahrern, Partnern und Kunden und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe bis zur termingerechten Zustellung.

Aufgaben ###

  • disponieren und überwachen von Import- und Exporttransporten innerhalb Europas
  • koordinieren der LKW-Verkehre unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Terminvorgaben und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • erstellen von Transportaufträgen und notwendigen Frachtpapieren
  • abklären von Kapazitäten, Frachtraten und Laufzeiten mit Transportunternehmern und Partnern
  • betreuen von Kunden und Fahrern während des gesamten Transportprozesses
  • erfassen und pflegen von Auftrags- und Sendungsdaten im System
  • überwachen der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und Transportvorgaben

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • praktische Erfahrung in der LKW-Disposition von internationalen LTL-/FTL-Transporten
  • fundiertes geografisches Verständnis für Europa sowie gute Marktkenntnisse
  • selbständige, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
