Für unser Team in Zürich suchen wir eine zusätzliche Personalberaterin, einen zusätzlichen Personalberater für die Industriebranche.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Personalberater:in Industrie bist du die Drehscheibe zwischen Kundenunternehmen und Mitarbeitenden. Du rekrutierst passende Fach- und Hilfskräfte, koordinierst Einsätze und sorgst dafür, dass offene Stellen effizient und nachhaltig besetzt werden. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner Dienstleistungsorientierung und deinem Gespür für Menschen stellst du die optimale Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Mitarbeitenden sicher und trägst aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Ausbildung in der technischen Industrie, in der Logistik, im Verkauf und/oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Extrovertierte, verkaufsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden B2B und B2C
  • Du kommst aus Zürich und kennst dich hier aus
  • Führerschein Kat. B
