Wenn morgens die ersten LKW losfahren, sollte die Planung bereits stehen. Für ein überschaubares Team suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit für die Disposition von Import-, Export- und Inlandtransporten. Sie koordinieren die Touren, behalten Termine und Kapazitäten im Blick und sind gleichzeitig die direkte Ansprechperson für die Chauffeure. Dabei braucht es jemanden, der gerne organisiert, Entscheidungen trifft und durchsetzt.

Aufgaben ###

  • disponieren und koordinieren von nationalen und internationalen LKW-Transporten
  • planen von Abholungen, Zustellungen und Touren im Import, Export und Inland
  • einteilen, koordinieren und führen der Chauffeure im Tagesgeschäft
  • kommunizieren mit Kunden, Chauffeuren, Frachtführern und weiteren Partnern
  • überwachen der laufenden Transporte und reagieren auf Verspätungen oder Ausfälle
  • setzen von Prioritäten und finden von Lösungen bei kurzfristigen Änderungen
  • erfassen und bearbeiten von Transportaufträgen und den dazugehörigen Dokumenten

Anforderungen ###

  • Erfahrung in der LKW-Disposition, Spedition oder Transportbranche
  • gute Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Transportgeschäft
  • durchsetzungsstarke, aber faire und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • auch bei mehreren Baustellen gleichzeitig einen kühlen Kopf behalten

Manchmal braucht es dafür Fingerspitzengefühl, manchmal eine klare Ansage. Sie sollten beides können. Wenn Sie gerne disponieren, Verantwortung übernehmen und auch dann den Überblick behalten, wenn fünf Dinge gleichzeitig laufen, könnte das gut passen. Wir freuen uns sehr darauf, Sie kennenzulernen!
