Die Emil Egger Gruppe ist in der Schweiz der führende Anbieter von Schwergut-Logistik. In den Bereichen Kranarbeiten, Spezialtransporte, Industrieumzüge und Miethebebühnen sind über 230 Mitarbeitende beschäftigt. Mit dem umfassenden Spezial Know-how werden tagtäglich individuelle und innovative Kundenlösungen erarbeitet.

Für unseren Hauptsitz in St. Gallen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Einsatz- und Transportplanung. In dieser Funktion koordinierst und planst du komplexe Kran- und Transportaufträge und stellst einen reibungslosen operativen Ablauf sicher.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du das organisatorische Herzstück zwischen Kunden, Chauffeuren und internen Projektteams.

Aufgaben

  • Du planst und koordinierst den täglichen Einsatz unserer LKW-Krane und Teams
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Fahrzeuge, Personal und Material effizient eingesetzt werden
  • Du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf
  • Du kommunizierst aktiv mit Kunden, Fahrern und Projektleitern und findest schnelle, pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du optimierst laufend die Auslastung unserer Ressourcen

Wir erwarten

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Logistik, Transport oder operativer Planung ist von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für Technik, Krane, LKWs und anspruchsvolle Abläufe
  • Du denkst strukturiert, handelst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
