Zur Erweiterung des Teams sucht unser Kunde einen erfahrenen und kompetenten Disponenten (m/w). Wir wenden uns an eine unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit, die es gewohnt ist selbständig und effizient zu arbeiten, sowie Verantwortung zu tragen.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortlich für die Disposition der Fahrzeuge und Chauffeure unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit den Chauffeuren und Kunden
  • Erfassen und Abwickeln der Serviceaufträge
  • Bearbeitung und Überprüfung der Arbeitsrapporte
  • Gegenseitige Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit einer kaufmännischen Weiterbildung oder Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Büro und in der Disposition von Personen sowie im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kommunikative sowie kunden- und verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit
