Documentation Manager (100%) \& de Meuron ist ein internationales Architekturbüro mit Sitz in Basel, Schweiz. Das Büro wurde 1978 gegründet und wird von den beiden Gründern, zusammen mit den Partnern und dem CEO geleitet. Heute engagiert sich ein internationales Team von über 500 Mitarbeitern an einer Vielzahl von Projekten in Europa, Amerika und Asien. Der Hauptsitz in Basel arbeitet mit Studios in Berlin und München, Barcelona, Paris, London, Hongkong, New York und San Francisco zusammen. Für unser Communications Department suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Documentation Manager:in. Sie unterstützen die Architekt:innen bei der Dokumentation und der Archivierung ihrer Projekte. Sie sind für die langfristige Erhaltung von Dokumenten, Objekten und digitalen Inhalten zuständig und begleiten den gesamten Projektablauf – vom Entwurf über die Umsetzung bis zur Fertigstellung eines Baus. Sie koordinieren die Sammlung von Plänen, Bildern und Reports. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektverantwortlichen und Partnern stellen sie angemessene Inhalte zu den unterschiedlichen Projektphasen zusammen und planen die Dokumentationsaktivitäten gemäss dem jeweiligen Projektstand. Sie erschliessen die selektierten Inhalte und pflegen unsere Informationsplattformen. Des Weiteren stellen Sie mit Hilfe von Manuals, für die Sie zuständig sind, die Qualität der zu archivierenden Dokumente sicher. Zudem sind sie Ansprechperson für Bildmaterial für den internen und externen Gebrauch. Für diese Tätigkeit bringen Sie ein starkes Interesse an und ein gutes Verständnis für Architektur mit. Eine Ausbildung als Kunsthistoriker:in oder Dokumentations\-, resp. Archivspezialist:in sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung sind ebenso Voraussetzung wie ein ausgesprochenes Interesse an digitalen Plattformen wie InDesign, Fotoware Alto und MuseumPlus. Sie sind teamorientiert, stark in Kommunikation und Organisation und wissen sich durchzusetzen. Sie verfügen über ein hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und arbeiten auch unter Zeitdruck zuverlässig und genau. Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind zwingend. Die sichere Anwendung der gängigen Office\-Programme setzen wir voraus. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Layout\-, Bildbearbeitungs\- und CAD\-Programmen, sind ein Plus und für die Tätigkeit nützlich.
