Die Hochschule Luzern – Wirtschaft ist das Zentralschweizer Kompetenzzentrum in den wirtschaftlich und gesellschaftlich bedeutsamen Bereichen Betriebs\- und Regionalökonomie, Banking und Finance, Kommunikation und Marketing sowie Tourismus und Mobilität. Das Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug IFZ führt Aus\- und Weiterbildungen im Finanzbereich durch und bearbeitet Forschungs\- und Beratungsprojekte. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Doktorandin / Doktorand Corporate Governance 70% Ihre Aufgaben Sie erarbeiten eine Dissertation (Monographie oder Research Papers) in den Fachgebieten Corporate Governance bzw. Board Management oder Gesellschaftsrecht. Sie arbeiten in praxisorientierten Forschungs\- und Beratungsprojekten mit und Verfassen Berichte und Publikationen. Die Betreuung von studentischen Arbeiten ergänzt ihr Tätigkeitfeld. Sie unterstützen bei der Gestaltung, Durchführung und Evaluation unserer Weiterbildungsangebote. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, erste Erfahrungen in der Lehre zu sammeln. Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss (MSc/MA/MLaw) mit Bezug zum Thema. Eine bereits erfolgte Zulassung zur Promotion an einer Universität ist von Vorteil. Sie haben Interesse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung oder Forschungserfahrung in den Fachgebieten Corporate Governance bzw. Board Management oder Gesellschaftsrecht. Ihre ausgewiesenen Fach\- und Methodenkompetenzen sowie sehr guten analytische Fähigkeiten erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
