Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Doktorandin / Doktorand im Bereich Banking 70% \\Ihre Aufgaben\\ \* Sie erarbeiten eine Dissertation im Fachgebiet Banking. Bevorzugt wird eine technologiebezogene Fragestellung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Distributed\\-Ledger\\-Technologie (DLT), künstliche Intelligenz oder einer anderen für das Banking relevanten Technologie. \* Sie wirken inhaltlich und konzeptionell an praxisorientierten Forschungs\\- und Beratungsprojekten mit und verfassen Studien, Berichte und weitere Publikationen. \* Die Betreuung von studentischen Arbeiten ergänzt Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld. \* Sie unterstützen bei der Gestaltung, Durchführung und Evaluation unserer Weiterbildungsangebote. \* Sie haben die Möglichkeit, erste Erfahrungen in der Lehre zu sammeln. \\Ihr Profil\\ \* Sie verfügen über einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss in Banking \\\& Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. \* Eine bereits erfolgte Zulassung zur Promotion an einer Universität ist von Vorteil. \* Sie interessieren sich für Fragestellungen im Banking und verfügen idealerweise über entsprechende Praxis\\- oder Forschungserfahrung. \* Ihre ausgewiesenen Fach\\- und Methodenkompetenzen sowie sehr guten analytische Fähigkeiten erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg. \* Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
