**Fremdsprachen Zyklus 3**

Die PHBern verleiht pro Jahr rund 800 Lehrdiplome und ist damit eine der grossen Pädagogischen Hochschulen der Schweiz. Ebenso bedeutend ist ihr Engagement in der Weiterbildung und bei Dienstleistungen für Lehrpersonen und Schulleitende sowie ihre berufsfeldbezogene Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation.

Das Institut für Weiterbildung und Dienstleistungen unterstützt Lehrpersonen, Schul- und Tagesschulleitungen in ihrer Arbeit mit einer breiten Palette an Weiterbildungs- und Beratungsangeboten, Bildungsmedien sowie mit weiteren Dienstleistungen.

Das Zentrum für Weiterbildung und Weiterbildungsdidaktik (ZWW) profiliert sich inhaltlich in den Themen Weiterbildung für Lehrpersonen und Weiterbildungsdidaktik. Es bietet Weiterbildungen und Dienstleistungen zum Erhalt der Berufsfähigkeit/Handlungsfähigkeit von Lehrpersonen und weiteren Akteur\*innen im Schulfeld an. Der Fokus liegt auf fachlichen, fachübergreifenden und überfachlichen Themen des Unterrichts.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Entwicklung und Durchführung von Weiterbildungen und Dienstleistungen im Fach Französisch * Fachdidaktische Beratung von Lehrpersonen und Fachgruppen * Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Fremdsprachen * Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Angebotsportfolios Fremdsprachen innerhalb eines Dozierendenteams

**Ihr Profil**

* Lehrdiplom für die Volksschule * Unterrichtserfahrung auf der Sekundarstufe I im Fach Französisch, idealerweise in vielfältigen und heterogenen Unterrichtskontexten * Vertiefte fachdidaktische Kenntnisse und/oder entsprechende Zusatzausbildung (z.B. FD Master) * ausgeprägtes Interesse an fachdidaktischen Entwicklungen * Hochschuldidaktische Qualifikation oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben * Initiative, kooperative und entwicklungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
