Die Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB ist die schweizerische Expertiseorganisation für Berufsbildung. Wir bilden Berufsbildungsverantwortliche aus und weiter, erforschen die Berufsbildung, entwickeln Berufe weiter und unterstützen die internationale Berufsbildungszusammenarbeit. Unsere Standorte befinden sich in Zollikofen bei Bern (Hauptsitz), Lausanne und Lugano, mit Aussenstandorten in Olten und Zürich.

Für die Sparte Lehre in Zollikofen suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 eine:n

Dozent:in 50% =============

für Berufspädagogik und Didaktik in den Zertifikatstudiengängen für Lehrpersonen berufskundlicher Unterricht, Dozierende an höheren Fachschulen und Ausbildner:innen in überbetrieblichen Zentren, in Ateliers oder Lehrwerkstätten.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen in Berufspädagogik und Didaktik
  • Begleitung und Coaching von Studierenden in Ausbildungs\- und Lehrtätigkeiten
  • Konzeption und Bewerten von Leistungs\- und Kompetenznachweisen
  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsarbeiten und Übernahme von Projekten
  • Kontaktpflege zu Interessen\- und Zielgruppen

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss oder Äquivalenz in Erziehungswissenschaften oder Psychologie
  • Lehrdiplom Prim/Sek I/Sek II oder Dozent:in SVEB Stufe 2/3
  • Unterrichts\- oder Ausbildungserfahrungen auf der Sekundarstufe II
  • Erfahrung in der Aus\-/Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen oder Berufsbildner:innen
  • Erwünscht: Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Persönlichkeit, Training, Coaching
  • Digital «fit» und mit Erfahrung in Mediendidaktik
  • Überzeugender Auftritt, hohe Beziehungsorientierung und Interaktionskompetenz
  • Offen für Neues, ideenreich, lern\- und gestaltungsfreudig
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
