Die PHBern verleiht pro Jahr rund 800 Lehrdiplome und ist damit eine der grossen Pädagogischen Hochschulen der Schweiz. Ebenso bedeutend ist ihr Engagement in der Weiterbildung und bei Dienstleistungen für Lehrpersonen und Schulleitende sowie ihre berufsfeldbezogene Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation.

Das Institut Sekundarstufe II bildet Lehrpersonen für den Unterricht an Gymnasien, Fachmittelschulen und Berufsmaturitätsschulen aus. Dabei werden Studierende in ihrer Professionsentwicklung unterstützt und im Unterrichten und in ihrer Arbeit in der Institution Schule ausgebildet. Das Studium umfasst inhaltlich die drei Bereiche Erziehungs\- und Sozialwissenschaften, Fachdidaktik sowie die Berufspraktische Ausbildung.

In den Erziehungs\- und Sozialwissenschaften erwerben Studierende Kompetenzen aus den Bereichen Didaktik, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Bildungspolitik sowie Informations\- und Kommunikationstechnologien und stellen den Bezug zum Unterrichten her.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln und Durchführen von Lerngelegenheiten im Modul ESW2 in Zusammenarbeit mit Dozierenden der Digitalität (ab FS 2027\)
  • Gestaltung von Lerngelegenheiten im Modul ESW1 "Grundlagen der Didaktik" (ab SJ 2027/2028\)
  • Beraten und Beurteilen von Studierenden im Bereich ESW
  • Begleiten von Studierenden im Einführungspraktikum
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Institutsanlässen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Studiengangs Sek. II
  • Nach Wunsch: Übernahme von Lernangeboten im Bereich "Integration und Erweiterung"

Ihr Profil

  • Doktorat in Erziehungswissenschaften, Pädagogik oder Psychologie
  • Lehrdiplom für Maturitätsschulen
  • Mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung auf der Zielstufe
  • Expertise in für die Aufgaben relevanten Bereichen
  • Hochschuldidaktische Ausbildung oder Lehrerfahrung auf Tertiärstufe
  • Forschungserfahrung erwünscht
  • Hohes Engagement, Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
