Für unser etabliertes Hanf-Fachgeschäft in 8037 Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, digital affine Persönlichkeit, welche unseren Online-Shop betreut und zusätzlich im Ladenverkauf mitarbeitet. Wir bieten echte Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in unserem wachsenden Unternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Pflege, Aktualisierung und Optimierung unseres Online-Shops (Produkte, Texte, Bilder, Preise)

Bearbeitung und Versand von Online-Bestellungen sowie Retourenmanagement

Unterstützung bei Online-Marketing-Massnahmen (Social Media, Newsletter, Suchmaschinen)

Auswertung einfacher Verkaufskennzahlen zur Sortimentsoptimierung

Freundliche Bedienung und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundschaft im Hanf-/CBD-Fachgeschäft

Verantwortungsvoller Verkauf gemäss den gesetzlichen Vorgaben (inkl. Alterskontrolle 18+)

Warenpräsentation, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Kassenführung

Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Ablage, einfache Büroorganisation)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Detailhandel, E-Commerce oder vergleichbar (eidg. Fachausweis E-Commerce Spezialist/in von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung)

Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf und/oder E-Commerce

Gute PC-Kenntnisse (Webshop-Systeme, MS Office)

Kommunikative, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Quereinsteiger/innen sind herzlich willkommen

Samstag: 12:00 – 16:00 Uhr (zwei Samstage pro Monat Pflicht)

Sonntag: geschlossen
