L'Ufficio dell'energia e dei trasporti è il centro di competenze cantonale per questioni inerenti i settori energia e trasporto pubblico. Nel settore del trasporto pubblico siamo competenti per la pianificazione strategica e per il coordinamento dei trasporti pubblici in tutto il Cantone dei Grigioni. Coordiniamo il trasporto pubblico con treni e bus e siamo responsabili per la pianificazione, la progettazione e la realizzazione di progetti per un trasporto pubblico orientato al futuro. Un buon collegamento alla rete ferroviaria nazionale e internazionale come pure collegamenti regolari e frequenti al trasporto regionale e negli agglomerati sono di importanza centrale per il mantenimento e lo sviluppo dello spazio vitale, turistico ed economico dei Grigioni. Per l'Ufficio dell'energia e dei trasporti cerchiamo per il 1° dicembre 2026 o per data da convenire un/a economista per la procedura di ordinazione del trasporto pubblico.

Mansioni

  • Svolgimento della procedura di ordinazione per il trasporto pubblico regionale (TRV) per singole imprese dei trasporti pubblici (strada e ferrovia)
  • Elaborazione di questioni economiche e finanziarie impegnative relative al trasporto pubblico
  • Elaborazione di accordi di prestazioni con imprese di trasporto, accompagnamento e monitoraggio della loro attuazione
  • Elaborazione di questioni strategiche e concettuali complesse riguardanti i trasporti pubblici nel Cantone dei Grigioni
  • Responsabilità per la conclusione di accordi sugli obiettivi con imprese di trasporto
  • Rappresentanza del Cantone dei Grigioni in seno a gruppi di lavoro cantonali e nazionali nel settore dei trasporti pubblici

Cosa ci aspettiamo da lei

  • Entusiasmo per un trasporto pubblico forte ed economico nel Cantone dei Grigioni
  • Diploma universitario o di scuola universitaria professionale a indirizzo economico o economico-aziendale
  • Spiccato interesse per questioni strategiche
  • Esperienza nell'elaborazione autonoma di questioni di concetto
  • Conoscenze del settore dei trasporti pubblici o di un settore con lo stesso grado di complessità (ad es. economia energetica o sanità) costituiscono un vantaggio
  • Metodo di lavoro strutturato e affidabile con elevata responsabilità individuale e spiccata attenzione per la qualità
  • Attitudine alla collaborazione interdisciplinare, capacità di imporsi, abilità nel condurre trattative e abilità nel contatto con diversi gruppi di interesse
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua tedesca in forma orale e scritta
  • Buone conoscenze di più lingue cantonali costituiscono un vantaggio
