Dans le cadre de différents remplacements, nous recherchons pour notre unité d’hébergement accueillant des enfants et adolescents en situation de polyhandicap:

Educateur social (H/F)

Mission

  • Un accompagnement socio\-éducatif et dans le soin pour tous les actes de la vie quotidienne.
  • L’élaboration, le suivi et l’évaluation des projets individualisés des bénéficiaires par système de références.
  • Une participation à des projets en lien avec l’organisation, le fonctionnement et la ligne pédagogique du foyer et de l’institution.
  • Une collaboration étroite avec le personnel éducatif, infirmier ainsi que celui délégué à l’intendance du foyer.
  • Une collaboration régulière avec les proches des bénéficiaires et les différents partenaires intra et extra\-institutionnels.

Votre profil :

  • Une formation d’éducateur de niveau ES/HES.
  • Des compétences particulières dans l’élaboration, la mise en place, la gestion et l’évaluation des projets individualisés des bénéficiaires.
  • Une expérience et/ou un solide intérêt dans l’accompagnement d’enfants en situation de polyhandicap dans tous les gestes de leur vie quotidienne.
  • De bonnes compétences relationnelles et de collaboration en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Une créativité et capacité réflexive en lien avec la dynamique du foyer et le travail en institution
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
