Nous sommes une institution qui accueille des personnes souffrant d’isolement, désavantagées physiquement et/ psychiquement et qui a à cœur d’offrir un cadre de vie agréable ainsi qu’un accompagnement personnalisé, adapté aux besoins de nos résidents. L'objectif est de pouvoir les accompagner et les aider à retrouver goût à la vie.

Educateur\-social ES (H/F) à 80% en CDI

Vos missions

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous serez notamment amené·e à :

  • accompagner les résident·e·s dans leur vie quotidienne, en favorisant leur autonomie et leurs projets personnels ;
  • soutenir et proposer un accompagnement individualisé, selon les besoins spécifiques des résident·e·s ;
  • proposer et animer des activités adaptées à leur épanouissement ;
  • organiser et participer à des réseaux éducatifs, intersectoriels et interdisciplinaires ;
  • collaborer avec l’équipe, la Direction, les partenaires ainsi que les représentant·e·s légaux.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons une personne disposant :

  • d’un diplôme d’éducateur·trice social·e ES (exigé). Pour les personnes ayant des diplômes obtenus hors de la Suisse, une équivalence/reconnaissance officielle est exigée.
  • d’une expérience professionnelle de 2 à 4 ans au minimum, idéalement dans le domaine social, médico\-social, institutionnel ou psychiatrique ;
  • d’une capacité à poser un cadre clair, humain et respectueux ;
  • d’aisance dans les écrits professionnels, les tâches administratives et le travail en réseau ;
  • d’autonomie, d’un bon sens de l’organisation, d’adaptabilité, de flexibilité et d’un bon esprit d’équipe ;
  • d’une bonne capacité de communication ;
  • d’une disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variés, notamment le week\-end ;
  • du permis de conduire.
