L-EFAJE est un réseau qui regroupe 31 communes du district du Gros-de-Vaud et environs désireuses d-unir leurs efforts pour gérer et développer des prestations d-accueil de jour de qualité afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de leurs citoyens. À ce jour, trois secteurs y sont représentés, l-Accueil familial de jour, qui regroupe une septantaine d-accueillant(e)s en milieu familial, huit structures préscolaires et dix-neuf structures parascolaires. Nous sommes à la recherche, pour un suivi OSPES, d-un(e):

Educateur(trice) de l-enfance ou Assistant(e) socio-éducatif(ve) ou Auxiliaire de l-enfance 4 heures/semaine sur 2 jours

Le poste de travail est situé à l-UAPE de Thierrens, structure d-une capacité de 72 places. Le temps de travail est réparti sur 2 jours par semaine : sur la pause de midi (hors vacances scolaires)

Vos missions :

  • Assurer un accompagnement de qualité à l-enfant accueilli, en garantissant son bien-être et sa sécurité dans le respect des valeurs institutionnelles et dans le cadre des règlementations en vigueur.
  • Appliquer le projet pédagogique et collaborer avec les collègues et la hiérarchie.
  • Favoriser un lien de qualité et d-échanges avec les familles et les services externes.

Votre profil : Vous disposez d-une capacité à développer une action réflexive sur les enjeux liés à la qualité et à mener des actions pertinentes, déployées de manière responsable, autonome et fiable dans votre activité. Doté(e) d-un bon esprit d-équipe, votre aptitude à communiquer et à prendre des initiatives, votre sociabilité, votre souplesse et votre stabilité, font de vous un réel atout pour l-équipe. Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une première expérience dans le domaine de l-enfance ou d'un diplôme secondaire (CFC) ou tertiaire ES/HES (ou équivalent). Vous disposez de la nationalité suisse ou d-un permis de séjour valable ainsi que d-un casier judiciaire vierge.
