Nos prestations ciblées dans les champs pédagogiques, éducatifs, thérapeutiques, visent la valorisation et l'épanouissement des jeunes en situation de handicap tout au long de leur scolarité. Nous sommes une organisation sans but lucratif, reconnue d'utilité publique et fondée en 1967\\. Pour satisfaire sa mission, l'Ecole Spécialisée cherche pour sa filière préformation Educateur·trice·enseignant·e. \\Votre mission :\\ Vous gérez une classe composée chacune de 6 élèves et travaillez en réseau avec les parents et les autres partenaires professionnels. Vous développez les capacités d'apprentissages des élèves et leur garantissez un accompagnement personnalisé en lien direct avec leurs besoins particuliers, ceci en respect des lignes forces de la filière et de l'école spécialisée. Vous favorisez la construction et le suivi d'une transition entre école et projet socio\\-professionnelle correspondant à la capacité d'autonomie des élèves qui vous sont confiés. \\Votre profil :\\ Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation pédagogique HEP ou en travail social HES, complétée dans l'idéal par une formation complémentaire spécifique en matière de handicap. Une expérience confirmée de travail en équipe est un atout.
