Le département hébergement socio\\-éducatif recrute. Nous recherchons un·une: \\Educateur\\-trice spécialisé\\-e/\\ \\CDI\\-Taux d'activité à convenir\\ À l'Institution de Lavigny, nous accompagnons au quotidien des adultes en situation de handicap dans des lieux de vie variés : polyhandicap, déficience intellectuelle, vieillissement. \\Votre mission :\\ \* Accompagner les résidents et organiser la vie quotidienne sur le lieu de vie, partager et animer leur quotidien en privilégiant la relation de confiance et le respect. \* Veiller au bien\\-être physique et psychique, à la socialisation des résidents et valoriser leurs compétences et rôles sociaux. \* Observer au quotidien l'état de santé du résident et agir de manière appropriée en fonction des besoins (intervention, appel au centre de soin et au médecin, information aux collègues et suivi selon les situations). \* Mettre en œuvre les projets personnels selon les buts généraux et les objectifs du lieu de vie fixés lors de la réunion de projet interdisciplinaire. \* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de jour, l'équipe de nuit et les intervenants externes dans un esprit d'interdisciplinarité. \* Favoriser et développer le partenariat dans les relations avec les familles et les représentants légaux. \* Participer à l'élaboration des projets de secteur et du lieu de vie ainsi qu'à leur application. \* Contribuer au développement de la qualité des prestations aux résidents et des conditions dans lesquelles elles sont délivrées. \\Votre profil :\\ \* Diplôme ASE / ASSC / HES / ES ou équivalence reconnue. \* Expérience en accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap. \* Permis de conduire. \\Nous offrons:\\ \* Des conditions de travail conventionnées par la CCT du secteur social parapublic vaudois \* Un salaire en adéquation avec la fonction et conforme aux barèmes des CCT du secteur parapublic vaudois, assorti d'avantages liés à la mobilité (parking, participation aux frais de transports publics) \* Des formations continues et supervisions spécialisées (notamment autour du TSA et des comportements\\-défis), mobilité interne, financement possible de diplômes et certifications. \* Un restaurant d'entreprise proposant des repas variés à tarifs préférentiels, dans un environnement professionnel agréable favorisant les échanges. \* Un large choix d'activités sportives et de détente (yoga, fitness, aquagym, pilates etc.) ainsi qu'à des massages, tout en profitant d'événements réguliers de vie d'entreprise \* Des horaires flexibles et continus selon les secteurs, avec la possibilité de temps partiel pour un équilibre optimal entre vie professionnelle et vie privée \\Entrée en fonction :\\ De suite ou à convenir. \\Renseignements :\\ Caroline Cheung --- Envie d'un nouveau challenge ?
