Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche de collaborateurs passionnés et engagés pour rejoindre notre mission d'accueil et d'accompagnement des personnes aveugles, malvoyantes avec déficience intellectuelles et/ou présentant des troubles du spectre de l'autisme. Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche de

EDUCATEURS SOCIAUX (H/F) en CDI entre 60% et 90% ================================================

Vos missions et responsabilités :

  • Accompagner les résidents en fonction de leurs besoins spécifiques et de leurs habitudes de vie
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre les projets individualisés des bénéficiaires
  • Participer au maintien d’une dynamique d’équipe dans le cadre d’un travail pluridisciplinaire.

Votre profil idéal :

  • Diplôme d’éducateur·trice d’une école sociale reconnue ou titulaire d’un CFC d’ASE avec une expérience professionnelle souhaitée dans le domaine de l’autisme ou de la déficience intellectuelle
  • Aisance dans les interactions avec les résidents et compétences avérées dans la gestion de projets individualisés
  • Capacités à appliquer rigoureusement les concepts d'accompagnement
  • Aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
