The posting

Borderfree leistet seit über zehn Jahren konkrete, wirksame Hilfe für Menschen in Not - insbesondere für ge-üchtete Menschen im Libanon und in Syrien. Mit einem kleinen Team in der Schweiz und lokalen Teams in den Ländern setzen wir Projekte um, die direkt bei den Menschen ankommen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Person, die uns ehrenamtlich in der Buchhaltung unterstützt. Mit deinem Einsatz leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, dass unsere Organisation ihre Projekte zuverlässig und transparent umsetzen kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Monatliche Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung
  • Belege digital ablegen und übersichtlich ordnen
  • Transaktionen im Buchhaltungssystem erfassen
  • Bei Bedarf Rückfragen zu Belegen oder Buchungen klären
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohnadministration
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

Deine Erfahrung

* Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und idealerweise in der Lohnadministration * Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Freude an administrativen Aufgaben * Gute digitale Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft, mit unserem cloudbasierten Buchhaltungssystem zu arbeiten * Interesse an der Arbeit einer gemeinnützigen Organisation und einem längerfristigen Ehrenamt

Zeitaufwand

Der Aufwand beträgt je nach Anzahl der Belege etwa zwei bis drei Tage pro Monat. Die Tätigkeit kann grösstenteils flexibel und ortsunabhängig ausgeübt werden.
