Ein Job mit Aussichten: Im Spital Thun erwarten dich nebst der topmodernen Infrastruktur und einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit im familiären Umfeld auch die Möglichkeit zur flexiblen Freizeitgestaltung in der umliegenden Natur- und Seeregion. Du suchst sinnvoll, aber auch fair? Dann bist du hier richtig. Du bist für die Konzeption und Aufbau der neuen Offizin-Apotheke zuständig und gestaltest entsprechend die operativen Prozesse, das Angebot des Sortiments sowie die Positionierung der neuen Apotheke mit. Dabei übernimmst du auch beim Rekrutierungsprozess deines künftigen Teams, welches du führen wirst, eine aktive Rolle ein. In dieser Rolle baust du langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kund:innen, Patient:innen sowie zur Ärzteschaft in der Region und im Spital auf. Stellenantritt nach Vereinbarung.

So wirst du Teil unseres Teams ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie mit eidgenössichem Diplom oder einer entsprechenden MEBEKO-Anerkennung
  • Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) im Kanton Bern inkl. FPH-Titel Offizinpharmazie
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und / oder Projekterfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit mit ausgewogener Sozial- und Fachkompetenz und hohem Verständnis für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
